Perhaps underarmored for a heavy mech designed for front line combat, having only 10 tons of standard armor and lacking a CASE, this Warhammer model remains highly popular. Thirty six heat sinks provide more then adequate heat dissipation for its primary weapons -- a pair of er-ppcs.

A well balanced Warhammer variant equipped with a C3 Slave system, probably its greatest weakness is a lack of jump jets. Although not excelling or distinguished in any one given area, the WHM-8D is still a valuable jack-of-all-trades.

This unique warhammer design excels at short to medium range combat, making it ideal for urban warfare. Armed with a (C) ATM 12, (C) Heavy Large Laser, (C) AC 10 Ultra, a pair of (C) Medium Pulse Lasers and two (C) Machine Guns, this war machine makes anyone who gets within range weary. Add to that a (C) Targetting Computer, 36 heat sinks, 15 tons of standard armor, a CASE and 4/6/4 movement and you've got yourself a heavily armed, heavily armored and mobile heavy mech.
