The Targeting Computer is a piece of military electronic equipment that modifies accuracy by -1, or allows a soldier to target a specific location on an enemy with an accuracy modification of +3. Both the Clans and Inner Sphere have a separate targeting computer for vehicles and mechs. For more information, see:
