Strana Mechty is the Capital of Clan Wolf and the Clans as well as the birthplace of the Clans. The Jewel of The Kerensky Cluster where the Grand Council resided, however past instability among leaders of the Clans have stalled and stopped the Grand Council and the subsequent disbanding in the public eye.
