Santander V is a harsh world that is barely able to sustain life, which is probably why it has been over looked by the major powers of the Inner Sphere. The temperatures barely rise above freezing and due to the slow rotation of the planet the gravity is less then what is considered normal, however the bandits make due and base their operations from this desolate world.
