The Incubus (VIX), also known as the Vixen, is a design of clan light mech, one variant of which was originally specific to Clan Jade Falcon.

There are three variants of Incubus. All mount two (C) ER Medium Lasers and four (C) Machine Guns in the torso.

[edit] Incubus Primary

Main article: VIX

The primary Incubus variant mounts a (C) Large Pulse Laser in the RA. With plenty of heatsinks, this is generally considered to be the best variant, as it is lower cost and BV than the -2.

The VIX-2 replaces the pulse laser with a (C) ER PPC, for an extra 3 range. This does cause some heat problems, but the extra damage potential makes up for it.

The VIX-3 replaces the pulse laser with a (C) SRM 6 Streak launcher. While this is on paper the weakest Incubus, it has the best kills to losses ratio at 4:1.
