F.F.A(or free for all) is a place where newer players can learn the ropes of combat(for a fee) and also get something in return. During which any player can rent a single mech (no upkeep) and fight. There are no class restraints or BV limits. After each kill, cash is awarded based on your mech's BV compared to your enemy's BV. Training Points (TP) are also awarded, paid out based only on the target's BV.
[edit] How to get into the FreeForAll
In order to get a mech into the F.F.A you need to first find the certain links or tabs to get there. First off start go to the Military tab of your Invasion3042 console, then click on the lower right button saying "Simulations, Arena + Free For All", and navigate to the fourth tab saying "Free For All". There you can select ANY mech from Invasion3042 and select your pilot/gunnery levels. The lower the skills, the better the mech will perform, but any skills better than 5/4 will also increase the rental cost, which is also based on the unit's base BV. (A unit with skills of 2/2 will be over 4x the cost of a unit at 5/4 skills, although it only has less than 2x the weighted BV.)
