Clan Nova Cat (aka Star League Defense Force) is a clan composed of those who are tired of the disorder and chaos of the Inner Sphere, but rather than join the Crusader Clans in the attack, they have chosen to aid in the defense. The Khan of Clan Nova Cat, a direct decendant of the original founder of the clans, Aleksandr Kerensky, leads a ragtag bunch of pilots in the defense of House Steiner.
