Building

It is VERY important to remember that you cannot build more than 25 buildings at a time. Attempting to do so will cause 25 buildings to be built for the cost of however many buildings you said to build... not a good deal.
To build a building, go to the building tab, select the sector and zone you wish to build in, then select the building you wish to build, and select a number (between 1-25) to build. After a short time, Bob the Builder completes them. Don't forget to go to the Infrastructure tab afterwards to assign any workers that you've just added (if applicable).
Functional Buildings
Each of the building types have various levels, ultra-basic, basic, intermediate, and advanced. Not all buildings use this nomenclature however, so it is best to read the various descriptions. Here is a list of all the buildings that are currently functional:
Note: While the Clans and the Inner Sphere buildings share similar functions due to the difference's in societies and base military structures quiet a few buildings essentially do the same thing but with different names where as others do the same thing but have different requirements etc. In this list the equivalent of the clan facility is listed to the side which represents the Inner Sphere model
