Build Points

Build Points (BP) are used in the construction of buildings, components, and mechs.

The following buildings produce BP jobs:

Basic Production (25 jobs / 3 build spaces)

Intermediate Production (75 jobs / 7 build spaces)

Advanced Production (250 jobs / 15 build spaces)

BP are the lifeblood of a new empire, as they are used to fill empty zones new buildings. They are some of the easiest buildings to erect, but are somewhat bulky.

BP are needed both by producers, who will use them to create anything from ammo to full blown Assault Mechs, and by empires preparing to upgrade their infrastructure (usually researchers). It is also wise to create a stock of BP to rebuild a sector in the event that one is lost to an invasion.
