In early December 2008 the Bear Alliance was formed.
The Bear Alliance consists of Clan Ghost Bear and The Outworld's Alliance.
In March of 3062, many members of the Alliance were exiled and/or incarcerated by Comstar, possibly never to return again. It is rumored Comstar holds its prisoners on CSTAR Alpha in a 'secret' military prison.
