The backbone of any empire, the production of all construction assets is the foundation of any empires development. These efforts are of course directed and planned by the leader of the empire and are represented as Build Points, or BP for short. This facility produces 25 BP per IDay, but to construct it requires $250, 250 BP and 3 build slots worth of space.
